Who is responsible

BLSH IT, SIA (registration number 40203612300) is the controller of personal data used to handle enquiries and accommodation bookings for Wagner12. Contact: ivo@blsh.it or +371 29337137. Our registered address and company details are available on the Legal information page linked in the footer.

Data and purposes

We process the information you provide when enquiring or booking, such as your name, contact details, stay dates, guest numbers, requests and correspondence. Reservation and payment records are used to manage your stay, communicate with you and issue invoices. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive personal information through the general contact form.

We process enquiries and reservations to take steps at your request and perform the accommodation contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting, tax and legally required guest records are processed to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Necessary security logs and correspondence used to prevent misuse or resolve disputes are processed for our legitimate interests in protecting the service and exercising legal rights (Article 6(1)(f)). Where optional processing requires consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Service providers and recipients

Smoobu provides our booking and property-management system, and Duda provides website technology. They and their authorised service providers process data needed to deliver these services. Relevant records may also be shared with our accounting advisers, the payment provider used for your transaction and authorities where legally required. If you book through Booking.com or another platform, that platform also handles your data under its own privacy notice and sends us the details needed to fulfil your booking.

Some technology providers operate internationally. Information about their processing and applicable international-transfer safeguards is available at www.smoobu.com/en/privacy-policy/ and www.duda.co/legal/privacy. You may contact us to request information about safeguards applicable to your data.

Website forms and cookies

The site uses Smoobu booking components and Duda website services. The contact form includes Google reCAPTCHA for protection against automated abuse; Google’s privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Technical information such as IP address and browser/device information may be processed by these services. Any optional cookie or tracking choices presented on the site can be changed through the available consent controls; browser settings also allow you to manage stored cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the booking service from working.

Optional Google Analytics

With your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure page views and clicks on booking, email and telephone links. These clicks do not indicate completed bookings. Analytics may process technical device and browser information and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Our integration does not send contact-form contents, email addresses, telephone numbers or URL query strings. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Analytics is not loaded until you select Allow analytics. Select Reject analytics to continue without this optional measurement. Use Cookie settings to change or withdraw your choice at any time; withdrawal stops future measurement and removes the Analytics cookies accessible to this site. The consent choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Google explains its processing and international safeguards at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and policies.google.com/privacy. Our Analytics choice controls this integration; third-party booking and security services have their own processing as described above.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and resolve related follow-up. Booking and accounting records are retained for the applicable Latvian statutory periods. Records needed for a dispute are kept until the matter and applicable limitation period have ended. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for its stated purpose.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact ivo@blsh.it. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv, or your competent supervisory authority.

Information marked as required in the booking form is necessary to process the reservation; without it we may be unable to confirm or provide the stay. Optional requests are voluntary.
