Cancellation policy

Flexible rate — 1 day

You can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. If you cancel within 1 day before arrival, the cancellation charge is the full reservation price. If you do not arrive, the full reservation price is charged.

Non-refundable rate

If you select a non-refundable rate, cancellation at any time or failure to arrive is charged at the full reservation price.

The policy attached to your selected rate and shown in your booking confirmation applies. A non-refundable policy applies only when that rate is explicitly offered and selected.

24-hour grace period

Cancellation fees are waived when you cancel within 24 hours after booking. This exception does not apply to last-minute bookings made within 48 hours before check-in.

Date changes

Automatic date changes for non-refundable bookings are not enabled. Contact us about any requested change; availability and any revised terms must be confirmed.

Payment

Full prepayment is required before arrival. For reservations made through Booking.com, payment is facilitated by Payments by Booking.com. For a direct reservation, the available payment method and due date must be stated before you confirm the booking.

How to cancel

For a Booking.com reservation, use the cancellation options in your Booking.com confirmation or account. For a direct reservation, contact BLSH IT, SIA at ivo@blsh.it, quoting your reservation reference. Keep the cancellation confirmation.
