Your booking

The reservation confirmation specifies your stay dates, guest count, selected rate and total price. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Please check these details before confirming. The house rules form part of the stay conditions.

Price and payment

VAT and cleaning are included in the accommodation price. The applicable Riga tourist fee is collected separately at check-in. One pet is permitted by prior agreement for EUR 25 per stay.

Full prepayment is required before arrival. Direct website bookings are payable in EUR by bank transfer against the BLSH IT invoice. Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice issue and always before arrival, whichever is earlier. Payments by Booking.com applies only to reservations made through Booking.com; it does not process direct website payments.

Cancellation

The flexible rate allows free cancellation until 1 day before arrival; later cancellation and no-show incur the full reservation price. A non-refundable rate, when explicitly offered and selected, incurs the full reservation price on cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation charges are waived within 24 hours after booking, except for last-minute bookings made within 48 hours before check-in. See the Cancellation policy page for the full conditions and cancellation procedure.
